the idea to start Dunez.ae came up when I was trying to find some people to drive with in the desert during the week. Roof that was not so easy, because most offroaders are either settled in closed clubs or connected via What’s App or Telegram groups. And many have time only on the weekends …
So I went with a friend. Me with my Jeep and my friend with my wife’s Jeep. It was his first drive so i had to teach him. Shortly after I met another friend who told me he would also like to go offroading, but he did not know how and where to start …
I thought about it and thought about how it would be if there would be a platform where offroader can connect and meet for joint rides, open or join groups and interested beginners have a place to learn offroading and contact marshals, event hosts or rent a proper 4×4. And the whole thing should be easy to use via an app.
